Mill Farm Country Park makes a great base to access the
Wonderful East Yorkshire coast with its fantastic beaches, there are towns and villages to explore, markets, museums, art galleries, historic houses, also good for bird watching, pond and sea fishing.

Skipsea
In walking distance from Mill Farm Country Park,
We have the second largest Iron age mound in the UK, and on this site in 1086 was built Skipsea castle
(only the earthworks remain today.)
All St Church dates from 1090 completely rebuilt in the 14c.
